Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to High Yield Prep ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, content, and services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Accounts & Eligibility
To use most of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to register.
- One account per person: accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
- Account security: you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us: if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.
Subscriptions & Payment
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions, currently offered as a 6-month plan per exam. Pricing is shown on our Exams page and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are non-recurring; access ends at the close of the subscription period and you will not be automatically billed again. Renewal is at your option.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer partners, and PayPal). By paying, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider in addition to ours.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis as described in our help materials. Contact support to start a request.
Acceptable Use
To keep the Service useful and safe for everyone, you agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content (notes, questions, explanations, media) outside the platform.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service or extract data.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical protections.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others, or to upload unlawful or infringing material.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, including by introducing malware or overloading our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Content & Intellectual Property
All notes, questions, explanations, illustrations, design, code, and other materials on the Service are owned by High Yield Prep or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own exam preparation while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.
Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is intended to support your exam preparation and is not a substitute for formal education, professional medical training, or clinical judgement. Always consult qualified instructors and official syllabi when preparing for any exam.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Yield Prep and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would pose a risk to us or other users.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless local law in your country grants you stronger consumer protection rights.
