How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. A reset link arrives within a minute and stays valid for 30 minutes.
Can I study on mobile?
Yes, the platform is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. Native iOS and Android apps are coming later this year.
How do I report a content error?
Every note and MCQ has a "Report Error" link. Submit it and our content team reviews and corrects it within 48 hours.
Are refunds available?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you've used less than 10% of the content. Contact support to start the process.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are non-recurring; they simply expire at the end of 6 months. You're never auto-charged, and there's nothing to cancel.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and your data is stored on encrypted servers. We never share your information with third parties.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes, log in from up to 3 devices simultaneously. Your progress syncs across all of them in real time.
How is MDCAT different from FCPS prep?
MDCAT covers undergraduate-entry topics (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, LR). FCPS Part 1 covers postgraduate basic and clinical sciences. Different syllabi, different question banks; pick the one that matches your exam.
